Quick questions
How much notice do you need?
For standard orders, same‑day is usually fine if placed before 1:00 PM. For events and larger pieces, 2–4 weeks is ideal so we can plan with growers.
Can I request specific flowers?
We work with what’s in season, but you can mention favourites in the notes. If they’re available and fresh, we’ll prioritise them within your palette.
Do you deliver outside the inner city?
Yes, within our regular delivery zone. For areas further out, reach out with the postcode and date and we’ll confirm what’s possible and the fee.
Can I pick up from the studio?
Absolutely. Select studio pickup at checkout or mention it in your enquiry. We’ll confirm a time so your flowers are ready when you arrive.
